摘要：对“环太湖体育圈”苏州城镇居民体育生活方式现状进行调查，研究结果表明，苏州太湖周边城镇居民参加体育活动的比例较高；在参与过体育活动的居民中，近半数属于经常性参与体育活动；而居民每次参与体育锻炼的时间相对较短；居民整体体育消费水平较低，多数居民选择在免费体育活动场所参与体育活动；多数居民选择简单易学，便于开展，且不需要花钱就能进行活动的大众化体育项目。针对存在的问题，提出改进城镇居民体育生活方式的建议。

The Sociological Investigation into the Sports Lifestyle of

Suzhou City Residents within the Sports Circle around the Taihu Lake

Abstract: The Sociological investigation into the sports lifestyle of Suzhou city residents within the Sports Circle around the Taihu Lake shows around the Taihu Lake a fairly high percentage of Suzhou city residents participating in sporting activities. Among the sports participants, nearly half are engaged in regular sports. However, problems are scant time devoted, low overall consumptive level, and general preference for convenient and economical popular sports. Therefore, corresponding proposals are made to improve the sports lifestyle of city residents.
