The Connotation of and Road to University Harmony

摘要：上个世纪九十年代以来，我国高校的超常发展给自身和社会带来一系列的不和谐现象，致使高校和谐问题渐渐凸显起来，不仅牵动着高校人的深切关注，也引起社会的广泛注意。在这种情况下，研究和界定高校和谐的特定内涵、输理高校目前存在的主要的不和谐问题、提出解决问题的基本思路是有意义的。

Abstract: A series of inharmonious phenomena has occurred in university and society since the 1990s as a result of paranormal development of domestic universities. Accordingly harmony in university has increasingly fallen into the deep concern of universities and extensive attention in society. Given this situation, it is significant to investigate and define the connotation of university harmony, and clarify major inharmonious factors existing in university to work out a scheme for the solution.
