I have already read that article completly,thank you very much!But there is a problem i couldn't understand .In the last point of what differences between 中国英语and 洋泾浜英语 ,there are 正迁移 and 负迁移 you had said.What mean are they?Can you explain them for me?Oh,by the way,English isn't my speciality.I'm just intresting at it.So i haven't have any Blog yet.l'm sorry!

the article is copied, not mine. as far as i know, 中国英语 is localized english and used when we are trying to decribe or express what is characterized by the chinese language.洋泾浜英语 is not standard english with two much chinese flavor. for more details and examples a search of relevant information on the web is suggested.
正迁移 and 负迁移 should be respectively the positive and negative effect our mother language chinese has on our english learning.
